Creative assets for the Visa Insite employee intranet site. I created an array of visual elements promoting a variety of employee engagement programs. These comprised static, animated, and interactive digital display banners, emails, iconography, web designs, and more. Programmatic promotion included the Olympic Games, FIFA World Cup, and other high-profile, key initiatives. Our efforts resulted in a significant increase in employee engagement over time.
Visa Real Time Messaging

Visa customer loyalty promotional program. We developed a program in which retail partners could deploy instant, location-based offers triggered by retail card usage. I led my team to develop several templates that could easily adopt the brand and visual identity of the retail partner joining the program. We exceeded our goals, signing more than 80% of the partners we selected for the plan, driving an increase in customer loyalty for both Visa and participating partners.
